By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I assume all risk for loss, theft, damage, liability, injury cost of expense that I may incur during this event and further agree that I will hold harmless Arthur Car Show, the sponsors, Arthur Optimist Club or any volunteers for any loss, claims, damage or cause of action, whatsoever, that I may incur as a result of participating in this event.

I also grant permission for Arthur Car Show to use any photographs, video, and recordings captured during this event for any marketing, promotion and publicity purpose associated with this event or future Arthur car shows and events.
